About Our Fishing Guides

Capt. E.J. has been fishing the bayous, marshes and swamps of Barataria for over 30 years. The Barataria Estuary begins roughly 20 miles south from the New Orleans French Quarter. Our guides are knowledgeable, friendly, USCG licensed, and trained in first aid. Our bay boats are in top condition and equipped with VHF radios and cellular phones, and navigational devices.

Your trip includes the following:

• Clean, comfortable, 22 foot or longer Bay Boat                             

• Ice                                                                                                  

• Fuel

• Bait, tackle, rods, reels                                                           

• Gas, Oil

• Refreshments

• Fish cleaned and bagged at no additional charge

• All you have to bring is a camera and a smile! Don't forget an ice chest to take your cleaned fish fillets home.

**We can also arrange to have the days catch fried up at Jan's Cajun Restaurant**

Complete instructions are provided for beginner anglers and children love it! Accommodations are provided by the Victoria Inn.
